To initiate the integration process, Mangoplay requires the following parameters from the agent:

Upon receiving this information, Mangoplay will take approximately 40-60 minutes to complete the setup and will then provide a response to the agent. Mangoplay will continue to support the integration process until both parties are satisfied.

Integration always starts on staging. Production credentials are issued after testing is signed off, and whitelist IPs are confirmed again at that point.
